PELLINNO has many years’ experience in providing maintenance for clients on PELLINNO Installations / Manufactured Systems as well as supporting clients with their existing equipment.

PELLINNO also provide spares and parts where required – Spares Selection is via PELLINNO Bill of Material Listings which are uniquely reference and identify specifically routine and critical spares.

All items can be purchased directly from PELLINNO using the unique reference numbering.

Additionally consignment stock holdings can be secured where required by our clients.

Spare and Parts can be provided for systems in both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Areas.

Specialising in Field / Panel Electrical and Control Equipment and Parts, Process Instrumentation and  also PLC parts also their associated networking specifics. We can provide technical support and guidance and support is available for both Hazardous (Ex) or non-hazardous equipment and systems.

We are skilled at supporting the sourcing of obsolete parts and/or determining alternatives.

Support

It is not expected that any further support would be required upon completion and delivery of PELLINNO systems however where required we provide associated support packages to ensure clients have adequate technical support resources in place to support the PELLINNO systems.

Typical support contracts offered by PELLINNO are as follows:

  • Level 1: Telephone Support

  • Level 2: Remote Dial-In Support via Secure Interface

  • Level 3: Site Attendance / Callout Support
